Efficacy observation of Danggui Shaoyao powder on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome after operation of gynecological malignant tumor
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Danggui Shaoyao powder on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome after operation of gynecological malignant tumor.Methods:72 cases of patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome after operation of gynecological malignant tumor were selected and randomly divided into control group(32 cases)and treatment group(40 cases).The control group was treated with phloroglucinol injection,while the treatment group was treated with Danggui Shaoyao powder.Both groups were treated for 10 days.The total effective rate and recurrence rate after follow-up for half a year were observed in two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the cure rate of control group was 78.1％,the total effective rate of control group was 96.9％;the cure rate of treatment group was 82.5％,the total effective rate of treatment group was 100％;the differences were statistically significant compared the cure rate and total effective rate between two groups(P＜0.05).After half a year,the recurrence rate of control group was 9.7％,while that of treatment group was 0.5％,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Danggui Shaoyao powder on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome after operation of gynecological malignant tumor is better,and the recurrence rate is lower.
