Efficacy observation of Buzhong Yiqi decoction and Wupi yin and moxibustion on chronic renal failure
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi decoction and Wupi yin and moxibustion on chronic renal failure.Methods:63 cases of eligible patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into control group(32 cases)and treatment group(31 cases).The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with oral Buzhong Yiqi decoction and oral Wupi yin and moxibustion on the basis of control group,and the course of treatment was 30 days for both groups.Clinical efficacy,24 hrUprV,urinary sediment analysis and renal function of patients were compared between two groups.Results:The apparent effective rate of treatment group was 51.61％,which was significantly higher than 25.00％of control group;the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.77％,which was significantly higher than 87.50％of control group;the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the treatment group after treatment,the level of renal function index was significantly improved compared with control group(P＜0.01),and red blood cell count,24 hrUprV and symptom score were significantly decreased compared with control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi decoction and Wupi yin and moxibustion can significantly reduce urinary protein and urine red blood cell of patients with chronic renal failure,and improve renal function and clinical symptoms.
