Efficacy observation of Dading Fengzhu decoction and western medicine on Parkinson's disease with syndrome of marrow sea insufficiency
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Dading Fengzhu decoction and western medicine on Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods:64 cases of PD patients were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levodopa and benserazide tablets and pramipexole tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with Dading Fengzhu decoction on the basis of control group.For both groups,the course of treatment was 12 weeks.The curative effect was evaluated by TCM syndrome quantization scale,Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)and Parkinson's disease questionnaire-39(PDQ-39).Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 87.5%,which was higher than 53.1%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The scores of UPDRS,PDQ-39 and TCM syndrome quantization scale were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of treatment group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dading Fengzhu decoction and levodopa and benserazide tablets and pramipexole tablets can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with Parkinson's disease,and improve their quality of life,and the clinical efficacy is better.
