Efficacy observation of Shaban Lizhong decoction and quadruple therapy on elderly chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp infection
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shaban Lizhong decoction and quadruple therapy on elderly chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp infection.Methods:86 cases of patients with elderly chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp infection were selected and randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,while the treatment group was treated plus with Shaban Lizhong decoction on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Clinical efficacy,Hp eradication rate,TCM symptom score,tissue condition of gastric mucosal lesion,serum gastrin-17(G-17),pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG Ⅰ),pepsinogen Ⅱ(PG Ⅱ)were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.02％,which was significantly higher than 76.74％of control group(P＜0.05).Hp eradication rate of treatment group was 83.72％,which was significantly higher than 62.79％of control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom score of treatment group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05);the score of each gastroscope sign of gastric mucosa in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P＜0.05);the levels of serum G-17 and PG Ⅰ of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shaban Lizhong decoction and quadruple therapy for treating elderly chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp infection can enhance the therapeutic effect and Hp eradication rate,improve the gastroscope signs of gastric mucosa,and promote the repair of gastric mucosa.
