Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Huashi formula on recurrence of colorectal polyps with syndrome of intestinal damp-heat after endoscopic resection.Methods:60 cases of eligible patients with colorectal polyps after endoscopic resection were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was not given drug intervention after operation,while the treatment group was treated with oral Qingre Huashi formula for 8 weeks.Results:The total effective rate was 90.00％in the treatment group and 73.33％in the control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of treatment group was 23.33％,while that of control group was 46.67％,and the comparative difference between two groups was unsignificant(P=0.058).TCM symptom scores were decreased in both groups after treatment compared with before treatment(P＜0.05),and the decreased degree of treatment group was more obvious(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Qingre Huashi formula on post-resection colorectal polyps with syndrome of intestinal damp-heat is better,which can relieve symptoms of patients such as abdominal pain,etc.and reduce the recurrence rate.
