Efficacy observation of modified Huangqi Liuyi decoction and canagliflozin on diabetic nephropathy with syndrome of deficiency of qi and yin
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Huangqi Liuyi decoction and canagliflozin on diabetic nephropathy with syndrome of deficiency of qi and yin.Methods:60 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy who were treated in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral canagliflozin tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with oral modified Huangqi Liuyi decoction on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 3 months.The clinical efficacy was observed in two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33％,which was significantly higher than 73.33％of control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the indexes of blood glucose,renal function,24-hour urinary protein quantity,UACR and TCM symptom score of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of modified Huangqi Liuyi decoction and canagliflozin on diabetic nephropathy with syndrome of deficiency of qi and yin is definite,which can significantly improve the renal function of patients.
