Efficacy observation of Yiqi Yangxue paste and erythropoietin on tumor-induced anemia
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangxue paste and erythropoietin on tumor-induced anemia.Methods:60 cases of patients with tumor-induced anemia were selected as the researched subjects and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by routine basic therapy and with subcutaneous injection of 6 000 iu erythropoietin twice a week,while the treatment group was treated plus with Yiqi Yangxue paste on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The changes of haematological indexes and the improvement of clinical symptoms were observed in two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33％,which was significantly higher than 76.67％of control group(P＜0.05).The levels of hemoglobin,red blood cell count,hematocrit and CD4+/CD8+were significantly increased in treatment group after treatment compared with before treatment(P＜0.05),and the level of hemoglobin of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).KPS score and TCM symptom score were improved in treatment group compared with before treatment(P＜0.05),and the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangxue paste and erythropoietin on tumor-induced anemia is better,which can obviously improve the quality of life of patients.
