Efficacy observation of warming needle moxibustion and biofeedback on senile functional constipation with syndrome of deficiency of yang
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of warming needle moxibustion and biofeedback on senile functional constipation with syndrome of deficiency of yang.Methods:60 cases of eligible patients with senile functional constipation with syndrome of deficiency of yang were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with warming needle moxibustion and biofeedback,while the control group was treated with biofeedback,2 weeks as a course of treatment and continuously for 2 courses of treatment.Clinical efficacy was observed and compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.67%,which was higher than 63.33%of control group(P<0.05).The symptoms of periodic constipation and the scores of quality of life scale,Hamilton anxiety rating scale and Hamilton pepression rating scale of patients of treatment group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);the anorectal pressure of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of warming needle moxibustion and biofeedback on senile functional constipation with syndrome of deficiency of yang is better,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
