Efficacy observation of tongue triple needling and hyperbaric oxygen on stroke-induced dysphagia
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of tongue triple needling and hyperbaric oxygen on stroke-induced dysphagia.Methods:50 cases of patients with stroke-induced dysphagia were selected and randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine rehabilitation, while the treatment group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen chamber and tongue triple needling. Both groups were treated for 3 weeks. The scores of Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA),Kubota water swallow test and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)of patients were compared between two groups. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 88.00%,while that of control group was 64.00%,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Kubota water swallow test and SSA of treatment group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05),while NIHSS score of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongue triple needling and hyperbaric oxygen can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients and enhance their quality of life.
