Efficacy observation of Tiaoshen Tongqiao needling and Wuling capsule on nervous tinnitus with syndrome of deficiency of heart-blood
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiaoshen Tongqiao needling and Wuling capsule on nervous tinnitus with syndrome of deficiency of heart-blood.Methods:60 cases of patients with nervous tinnitus with syndrome of deficiency of heart-blood were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Wuling capsule,while the treatment group was treated plus with Tiaoshen Tongqiao needling on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.Clinical efficacy,tinnitus improvement,TCM syndrome score,Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI)were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of treatment group was 93.3％,which was higher than 70.0％of control group(P＜0.05);TCM syndrome score,scores of THI,SAS and PSQI were decreased compared with before treatment(P＜0.05),and each score of treatment group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tiaoshen Tongqiao needling and Wuling capsule for treating nervous tinnitus with syndrome of deficiency of heart-blood can effectively improve the symptoms of tinnitus of patients,relieve the anxiety of patients and enhance the sleep quality of patients.
