Efficacy observation of Danggui Buxue decoction on renal anemia with syndrome of deficiency of both spleen-qi and kidney-qi
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Danggui Buxue decoction on renal anemia with syndrome of deficiency of both spleen-qi and kidney-qi.Methods:60 cases of eligible patients with renal anemia with syndrome of deficiency of both spleen-qi and kidney-qi were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was subcutaneously injected recombinant human erythropoietin injection,while the treatment group was treated plus with Danggui Buxue decoction on the basis of control group.Anemia indexes,micro-inflammatory level,renal function,TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups before treatment and after treatment for 4 and 8 weeks.Results:After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 86.67％and 100％respectively,while the total effective rate of control group was 80.00％and 86.67％respectively,and the treatment group was higher than control group in total effective rate(P＜0.05).In both groups after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,Hb,HCT,MCV and GFR were increased(P＜0.05),while CRP,Scr,BUN and TCM syndrome scores were decreased(P＜0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Danggui Buxue decoction on renal anemia with syndrome of deficiency of both spleen-qi and kidney-qi is significant,which can effectively improve the indexes of anemia and renal function,micro-inflammation level and TCM syndrome of parients.
