Efficacy observation of Xuanfei Conger decoction and auricular point sticking on secretory otitis media
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuanfei Conger decoction and auricular point sticking on secretory otitis media.Methods:60 cases of patients with secretory otitis media were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Xuanfei Conger decoction and auricular point sticking.The patients in both groups were treated for 2 weeks continuously,and the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67％,while that of control group was 73.33％,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in treatment group was 10.00％,while that in control group was 40.00％,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Xuanfei Conger decoction and auricular point sticking on secretory otitis media is better.
