目的 梳理葛根素治疗糖尿病领域研究热点及发展趋势,为后续研究提供参考.方法 以中国知网(CNKI)和 Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC)为数据库,检索 2003-2023 年相关文献,采用 CiteSpace 对样本文献的发文量、作者、国家/地区、研究机构、关键词等进行可视化分析.结果 研究共纳入中文文献755篇,英文文献199篇,中文呈下降趋势,英文呈上升趋势.中、英文发文最多的作者分别是李强翔、Kim Jin Sook和Du Guanhua.中国是发文最多的国家.中南大学湘雅医院内分泌科和北京中医药大学是中文发文量最多的机构,上海中医药大学是英文发文量最多的机构.中文文献的关键词、聚类、突现词图谱显示葛根素制剂、糖尿病及糖尿病并发症、药理作用、临床应用是主要研究方向.英文文献的关键词、聚类、突现词图谱显示其主要围绕葛根素制剂治疗糖尿病及其并发症的药理作用和作用机制研究.结论 葛根素治疗糖尿病研究总发文量呈稳定趋势.核心作者、国家/地区、研究机构以中国学者和研究机构为主,交流合作有待加强.中英文研究方向各有侧重,从分子水平深入研究葛根素治疗糖尿病及其并发症的生物学作用机制是共同的研究热点和趋势.
Bibliometric Analysis of Puerarin in the Treatment of Diabetes
Objective To sort out the research hotspots and development trends in the field of puerarin in the treatment of diabetes,so as to provide reference for follow-up research.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC)were used as databases to search for relevant literature from 2003 to 2023.CiteSpace was used to visually analyze the publication volume,authors,countries/regions,research institutions,keywords,etc.of the sample literature.Results A total of 755 Chinese literature and 199 English literature were included in this study,with a decreasing trend in Chinese and an increasing trend in English.The authors who have published the most articles in both Chinese and English are LI Qiangxiang,KIM Jin Sook,and DU Guanhua.China is the country with the most publications.The Endocrinology Department of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine are the institutions with the highest number of Chinese publications,while Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine is the institution with the highest number of English publications.The key words,clustering and prominence word atlas of the Chinese literature show that puerarin preparations,diabetes and diabetes complications,pharmacological effects,and clinical applications are the main research directions.The key words,clusters and word maps of the English literature show that it mainly focuses on the pharmacological action and mechanism of puerarin preparation in the treatment of diabetes and its complications.Conclusion The total amount of research papers on puerarin treatment of diabetes shows a stable trend.The core authors,countries/regions,and research institutions are mainly Chinese scholars and research insti-tutions,and communication and cooperation need to be strengthened.Both Chinese and English research directions have their own emphases.It is a common research hotspot and trend to deeply study the biological mechanism of puerarin in the treatment of diabetes and its complications at the molecular level.
