麦粒灸在中风及其并发症中的研究进展

摘要
通过整理近年来麦粒灸治疗中风及其并发症的临床研究文献,发现麦粒灸可应用于中风急性期、肢体功能障碍、言语认知吞咽障碍、二便功能障碍、卒中后抑郁等多种卒中后并发症,疗效确切.麦粒灸可作为临床治疗中风的重要治疗方法,有助于提高患者日常活动能力,提升生活质量.
Abstract
By reviewing the clinical research literature on the treatment of stroke and its complications with wheat grain moxibustion in recent years,it was found that wheat grain moxibustion can be applied to various post-stroke complications such as acute stroke,limb dysfunction,speech and cognition swallowing disorders,urinary and fecal dysfunction,and post-stroke depression,with definite therapeutic effects.Wheat grain moxibustion can be an important treatment method for stroke in clinical practice,which helps improve patients'daily activity ability and enhance their quality of life.
