孙安四《阙待新编》麻疹辨治经验探析

摘要
孙安四为清代山东医家,儒而习医,精于麻科,享有一方盛誉.《阙待新编》为其呕心沥血之作,上卷论医理,下卷列病案,集中体现了孙氏的麻疹辨治经验.认为麻疹源于"疹毒"作祟,证属疫疠,病机病势与天地气运相关,其时所遇多属实热一类,故以毒壅气郁为基本病机.在治法上推重透毒解瘀,稍佐辛凉发表,具体用药偏走肺、胃二经,立足古方随证化裁.病理阐释兼论正邪,调治方药内外并用,学术特色鲜明,可为现代临床提供一定参考.
Abstract
SUN Ansi was a medical expert in Shandong during the Qing dynasty.He was a confucian scholar who stud-ied medicine and excelled in the field of anesthesia,enjoying a high reputation in the region.Que Dai Xin Bian is his painstaking work,with the first volume discussing medical theory and the second volume listing medical records,which em-bodies SUN's experience in the diagnosis and treatment of measles.It is believed that measles originates from the influence of"rash toxin"and belongs to epidemic disease.The pathogenesis and severity of the disease are related to the Qi of heaven and earth.At that time,most of the cases encountered were excessive heat,so the basic pathogenesis is the stagnation of Qi caused by toxin.In terms of treatment methods,we promote the use of clear toxins drugs,and promote blood stasis,and slightly supplement with Xin Liang drugs.The specific medication tends to focus on the lung and stomach meridians,and is based on ancient prescriptions that can be customized according to the syndrome.The pathological interpretation also dis-cusses the use of both positive and evil factors,and the combination of internal and external treatment formulas and medi-cines has distinct academic characteristics,which can provide certain references for modern clinical practice.
