摘要
李发枝教授认为艾滋病合并慢性关节炎是以肝肾亏虚为本,风寒湿邪侵入人体为标,病性虽然分为实证和虚证,但由于艾滋病毒侵犯人体后致元气受损,且久病多虚,故临床上此病虚证最为多见.李发枝教授擅用防己黄芪汤合并独活寄生汤加减治疗肝肾亏虚、气血不足型的艾滋病合并慢性关节炎,且疗效显著,现附验案两则予以说明李发枝教授治疗艾滋病合并慢性关节炎的经验,以飨读者.
Abstract
Professor LI Fazhi believes that AIDS combined with chronic arthritis is based on the deficiency of liver and kidney with the invasion of wind,cold and dampness pathogens into the human body.Although the disease nature can be divided into two types:excess syndrome and deficiency syndrome,the most common clinical deficiency syndrome is due to the damage of vitality caused by HIV after it invades the human body,and the chronic disease is often deficiency syndrome.Professor LI Fazhi is good at using Fangji Huangqi decoction combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction to treat AIDS compli-cated with chronic arthritis of liver and kidney deficiency and deficiency of Qi and blood,and the effect is remarkable.Now two cases are attached to illustrate Professor LI Fazhi's experience in treating AIDS complicated with chronic arthritis,for the readers.
