马丽俐运用薏苡附子败酱散治银屑病性关节炎举隅

摘要
银屑病性关节炎是一种与自身免疫相关的慢性关节炎性疾病.起病隐匿,迁延难愈的病程特点导致了虚实寒热的错综复杂的复杂病机.马丽俐教授将银屑病性关节炎的病机概括为阳气偏衰,湿瘀内结,认为治疗当以"通"为要,根据患者不同的临床表现,概括为温阳通络、调肝通络、凉血通络三法,方以薏苡附子败酱散加减,取得满意疗效.
Abstract
Psoriatic arthritis is a chronic inflammatory disease related to autoimmune factors.The insidious onset and persistent nature of the disease lead to a complex pathogenesis of deficiency,excess,cold,and heat.Professor MA Lili summarized the pathogenesis of psoriatic arthritis as the decline of Yang Qi and the accumulation of dampness and blood stasis.She believed that the treatment should focus on"unblocking".According to the different clinical manifestations of patients,the three methods were summarized as warming Yang and unblocking meridians,regulating liver and unblocking meridians,and cooling blood and unblocking meridians.The formula was modified with Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang powder,which achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects.
