Research on the Medication Pattern of Ancient Formulas for Treating Postpartum Abdominal Pain Based on Data Mining
Objective Based on data mining technology,to summarize the formula compatibility and medication rules of ancient prescriptions for treating postpartum abdominal pain.Methods Organize and collect prescriptions for treating post-partum abdominal pain from the gynecology section of Chinese Medical Formulas,screen them,and establish a database.Use data mining software for frequency statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,factor analysis,complex net-work construction,etc.Results The types of drugs used were mainly tonifying drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs,warming drugs,clearing heat drugs,and regulating Qi drugs.The high-frequency drugs used were Angelica sinen-sis,cinnamon,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Paeonia lactiflora,peach kernel,etc.The four Qi are mainly warm and calm,while the five flavors are mainly spicy and bitter.The meridians that return to the liver,spleen,lungs,and kidneys are mostly related to the liver,spleen,lungs,and kidneys.There are 17 sets of binary rules with high correlation strength and 10 sets of ternary rules.Cinnamon-Angelica sinensis,Chuanxiong-Angelica sinensis,and Paeonia lactiflora-Angelica sinen-sis are high-frequency drug pairs,while Chuanxiong-Cinnamon-Angelica sinensis,Corydalis yanhusuo-Angelica sinensis-Cinnamon,and Paeonia lactiflora-Cinnamon-Angelica sinensis are high-frequency corner drug combinations.High frequen-cy drug clustering analysis and factor analysis obtained 8 traditional Chinese medicine clustering combinations and 12 com-mon factors.Complex network analysis suggests that the core formulas are Shenghua Tang,Shaofu Zhuyu Tang,and Xi-ayuxue Tang.Conclusion Deficiency,coldness,and blood stasis are the pathological characteristics of postpartum abdomi-nal pain,while blood deficiency without glory and blood stasis blockage are the main pathological mechanisms of postpartum abdominal pain.The formula mainly consists of Qi tonifying and blood tonifying drugs,Wenli Sanhan drugs,and blood ac-tivating and stasis removing drugs,combined with heat clearing drugs,Qi regulating drugs,and hemostatic drugs.The core combinations and prescriptions obtained from data mining have important guiding and reference significance for clinical ap-plications and new drug development.
