Research Review on Thermal Performance Improvement Technology of the Evacuated Tube Collector with Insert Tubes
Evacuated tube solar collectors are an important way of solar energy utilization.The evacuated tube collector with inserted tubes is a structurally optimized vacuum tube collector,and scholars at home and abroad have conducted extensive research on the improvement of their thermal performance.In this article,the working principle of the evacuated tube collector with inserted tubes is introduced and the heat transfer mechanism is analyzed.The current research status on the thermal performance of the evacuated tube collector with inserted tubes is summarized.Based on this,it is proposed to establish a correlation between heat collection efficiency and environmental parameters and flow rate to obtain the optimal flow rate,to reduce operating costs.Adjust the diameter size of the main and branch pipes of the inserted tubes,and improve the uniformity of fluid distribution in parallel pipelines.By comprehensively optimizing the layout of the collector and the spacing between pipes,as well as setting up reflective plates,the efficiency of the collector is fully improved,thereby enhancing the collector's heat collection capacity.This provides a reference basis for the research and development of low-cost and high-efficiency evacuated tube collector with insert tubes.
