Debugging Experiment of One-dimensional Furnace System
In order to study the combustion conditions in the one-dimensional furnace, rice husk powder was used as fuel to conduct combustion debugging experiments on the one-dimensional furnace.Thermogravimetric analysis was performed on the original rice husk powder and the burned ash.The tail smoke was analyzed by a flue gas analyzer. The gas detection results are used to judge the burnout of rice husk powder,so as to adjust the ratio of air volume and gas volume. The results show that the oxygen content in the tail flue gas and the remaining amount of fixed carbon in the ash are within the error range of the theoretical calculation, indicating that the one-dimensional furnace experimental bench has good sealing and a high degree of automation, which can better ensure the accuracy of the experiment.
