Optimization Studyof Steam Inlet Condition of Steam Turbine with Six High Regulating Valves
Based on the modeling and modal analysis of subcritical 300 MW steam turbine unit, the first two natural frequencies and critical speed of steam turbine rotor are obtained. The main inlet conditions of the steam turbine equipped with six high regulating valves are described and the axial air flow force is analyzed and calculated. The spectrum of the axial force on the rotor under all working conditions is analyzed by using MATLAB software.By comparing the fundamental frequency and natural frequency of the rotor, the avoidance rate of the main frequency of the impact force to each critical speed under different inlet conditions is obtained. The results show that the steam turbine rotor has the highest stability and safety under the full cycle steam inlet condition, but the flow loss is large, and the double diagonal steam inlet mode is the best steam inlet mode.
