Design of A New Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator with Dual Modules of Stator and Rotor
The modular motor is easy to disassemble and transport, reduces transportation costs, and plays a key role in achieving clean replacement and improving energy efficiency. In this context, this paper aims to design a stator and rotor dual modular wind turbine to ensure the electromagnetic performance of the motor and reduce the processing and installation cost.Based on the selection of slot-pole matching, this paper verifies the advantages and disadvantages of modular motors from the aspect of electromagnetic performance of the motor.Under the reasonable slot and pole cooperation, the topology of the motor is improved, the low non-working harmonics are weakened, the adverse effects of the modularization of the motor are improved, and the electromagnetic performance of the motor is optimized. Then the traditional external stator modular permanent magnet motor is improved and innovated. The stator and rotor double modular structure is designed to further strengthen the advantages of modular motor transportation. Finally, the excitation structure of the motor rotor is improved, and ferrite is used to replace part of the permanent magnet to save the motor cost. The electromagnetic performance of the stator and rotor dual modular motor replaced by ferrite and the modular motor with traditional permanent magnet excitation is compared and analyzed, and the superiority of the motor in terms of electromagnetic characteristics and economic characteristics is verified.Simulation analysis is carried out to verify the rationality of the theoretical analysis in this paper.
