In order to solve the influence of biomass combustion on boiler ash deposition and slagging,this paper uses a one-dimensional furnace test-bed and takes rice husk and straw as experimental raw materials to explore the ash deposition and slagging characteristics of rice husk and straw combustion.The rice husk and straw are analyzed from the macro and micro aspects.From the ash sample,it can be found that there are five forms of rice husk and straw ash.Through XRD phase analysis,it can be concluded that spherical particles are the main factors affecting the ash deposition and slagging characteristics of rice husk combustion.It is found that the alkali metal content is high in the medium temperature region(750℃～850℃),and the sampling is more suitable.
