基于氢能催化生物质富氧气化预条件研究

探究催化剂和气化剂的使用条件,有利于生物质气化生成高品质燃气,这对生物质气化技术的进一步发展具有推动作用.因此,通过分析生物质气化研究的现状,对比空气当量比、燃气组分、燃气热值、气化效率和燃气焦油含量等参数,了解布朗气(HHO)催化对相应反应的影响规律,最后确定了采用下吸式固定床对生物质进行富氧气化的预条件:布朗气的流量为气化剂流量的1%,富氧浓度为90%±5%,炉内温度为1 100℃.
Study on Oxygen-enriched Gasification Preconditioned of Biomass Catalyzed by HHO
Exploring the use conditions of catalysts and gasification agents is conducive to the gasification of biomass to produce high-quality gas,which will promote the further development of biomass gasification technology.Therefore,by analyzing the current situation of biomass gasification research,comparing the parameters such as air equivalence ratio,gas composition,gas calorific value,gasification efficiency and gas tar content,the influence of Brown gas(HHO)catalysis on the corresponding reaction was understood.Finally,the pre-conditions for oxygen-enriched gasification of biomass in a downdraft fixed bed were determined,that is the flow rate of Brown gas was 1%of the gasification agent flow rate,the oxygen-enriched concentration was 90%±5%,and the furnace temperature was 1100℃.
