摘要
目的 探讨一种安全、有效的肠道准备方法以提高动物模型结直肠准备质量.方法 将 20 头行肠镜治疗的实验猪分成 A、B两组,A组仅进行禁食,不做其他处理,记录结果;15 d 后 B 组行长透明帽联合注水肠镜对猪肠道粪便进行冲洗,清理,进而进行肠道准备.分别记录各组 20 例(共 40 例)肠道清洁程度,以及内镜医师对肠道准备的满意程度.结果 长透明帽联合注水肠镜对猪肠道粪便进行冲洗,肠道清洁效果满意,手术视野清晰,满足实验要求.结论 长透明帽联合注水肠镜在实验猪肠道手术准备中具有较高的应用价值.
Abstract
Objective Explore a safe and effective bowel preparation method to improve the quality of preparation in pigs colorectal model.Method 40 cases of endoscopic treatment of experimental pigs underwent long transparent cap associated water exchange method in colonoscopy to flush feces or only fasted without any other treatment in the intestinal tract of pig for bowel preparation.The time of bowel preparation,the degree of bowel preparation,and the degree of satisfaction of the endoscopist would be recorded.Result The cleaning preparation was satisfied,the operation field was clear and achieved the experimental requirements.Conclusion It has high application value of long transparent cap combined with water exchange method in colonoscopy in preparation for operation in the experimental pig colon.
