Effects of Three Kinds of Drinking Water on Blood Indexes in NIH Mice
Objective To explore the effects of three kinds of drinking water on blood indexes in NIH mice.Method 54 NIH mice were randomly divided into three groups, drinking autoclaved water, autoclaved acidified water and sterile water bag water(membrane filtered water),respectively. On the 30th,60th,and 90th days of the experiment, blood was taken for blood routine and biochemical tests, and liver tissue was taken for histopathological examination to explore the effects of three kinds of drinking water on the health status of mice.Result The albumin(ALB)in the 60 day water bag group was significantly higher than that in the autoclaved water group(P<0.05),the total protein(TP)in the autoclaved acidified water group was significantly higher than that in the autoclaved water group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05).The liver histopathological result showed that no pathological changes were found in the liver tissues of mice in each group, and they were normal liver tissues. Conclusion Three kinds of drinking water have no significant impact on the health status of NIH mice.
