论教育家精神实质及其弘扬之道

在我国第39 个教师节来临之际,习近平总书记在给优秀教师代表的信中发表了关于教育家精神的论断,成为教育界热烈学习、研讨和大力弘扬教育家精神的缘起,由此构成了我国教育研究的一道独特风景.研究发现,教育家精神具有中国特色,是马克思主义中国化和中国传统文化创造性转化的重要成果,与科学家精神具有内在的联系,反映了教师职业的内在追求,优秀教师是这些价值追求的践行者.弘扬教育家精神就是遵循优秀教师成长之道,即从热爱教育出发,从提高自我修养做起,从研究教育规律深入,从提升管理能力方面突破,从教育信仰方面进行塑造,在与环境博弈过程中不断完善.
On Essence and Promotion of the Spirit of Educators
The spirit of educators is a milestone in China's education,which originated from the allusion to this spirit by General Secre-tary Xi Jinping in a letter to representatives of outstanding teachers on the occasion of the 39th Teacher's Day.It is a topic for heated discussion and a cause worthy of further promotion.Researches have revealed that the spirit of educators,characteristic of Chinese traits,is the sinicized Marxism and the creative transformation of Chinese traditional culture.Moreover,it is inherently intertwined with the spirit of scientists and reflects the internal pursuit of the teaching profession,practitioners of which aspire to carry on and forward the spirit.Its generation mechanism is to take the following growth path,that is,starting from the passion for education and from the en-hancement of self-cultivation,progressing from delving into educational laws,making breakthrough in management abilities,establishing educational beliefs and continuously gaming for the environment.
