摘要
鲁西南民间舞蹈历史悠久、种类繁多,蕴含着文化、社会、经济等多重价值,但目前存在传承人缺失、创新和发展乏力、社会价值难以发挥等问题,乡村文化振兴背景下,推动其健康发展已成当务之急.借助战略管理中的SWOT分析发现,鲁西南民间舞蹈既具有区域发展的众多优势,同时其本身也存在较多劣势;既面对国家战略深入实施的重大发展机遇,又面临诸多与其本身发展不相适应的挑战.据此,提出应重点强化民间舞蹈传承创新、民间舞蹈精品建设、文旅深度融合、表演队伍建设、网络空间建设以及统筹规划和协调指导等对策,以期促进民间舞蹈繁荣发展,助推乡村文化振兴.
Abstract
Shandong Southwest folk dances boast of a long history and a wide variety characterized with cultural,social,economic val-ues.However,there currently exist problems such as lack of inheritors,weak innovation,feeble development,which hinders the po-tential of its social values.With the backdrop of rural cultural revitalization,it is a top priority to promote its healthy development.The SWOT analysis in strategic management reveals that Shandong Southwest folk dances have both advantages and disadvantages in its re-gional development,faces both opportunities for the in-depth implementation of the national strategy and challenges incompatible with its development.Based on these,it is proposed that the following countermeasures of furthering folk dances should be taken,covering emphasis on its inheritance and innovation,construction of folk-dance masterpieces,integration of culture and tourism,building of per-formance teams,development of network space,overall planning and coordinated guidance,so as to promote the prosperity folk dances and to accelerate the revitalization of rural areas.
