Research on Regional Renewable Energy Technology Innovation Performance Based on Two-stage Network DEA Model
Renewable energy technology innovation is the key to promote the development of renewable energy and the clean and low-carbon development of the society,and the performance evaluation of renewable energy technology innovation is an important way to measure the efficiency and level of innovation,as well as to identify shortcomings.The renewable energy technology innovation process is divided into two stages:technology research and development and achievement transformation,and a two-stage network DEA model considering additional intermediate investment is constructed to evaluate the stages and overall performance of renewable energy technol-ogy innovation in 30 provinces in China from 2014 to 2018.The study finds that:the overall level of China's renewable energy technol-ogy innovation performance is not high,the development of the provinces is unbalanced,the richer the renewable resources of the re-gion,the higher the level of innovation performance,and most of the provinces of the technology research and development performance is much higher than the results of the performance of the achievement transformation;the performance level of China's renewable energy technology innovation has increased year by year,the differences between provinces have decreased year by year,and the differences between technology research and development performance and achievement transformation performance among regions with different re-source endowments have decreased year by year;the overall performance of China's renewable energy technology innovation is related to the performance of both stages,but the impact of the achievement transformation performance is more significant.Based on the above conclusions,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as improving the utilization efficiency of regional renewable re-sources,improving the market transformation mechanism,and strengthening inter-regional exchanges and cooperation to promote bal-anced development.
