摘要
历史经验是砥砺奋进的智慧之源、力量之基.强化权力监督是中国共产党历经百年风华仍保持蓬勃青春、不断从胜利走向胜利的重要保证.在对权力监督的百年艰辛理论和实践探赜过程中,中国共产党取得了斐然成就、积累了丰富经验.主要有:铸魂强基,坚定理想信念以补足精神之钙;秉要执本,着力破解领导干部监督难题;纲举目张,以党内监督引领多元化监督;树威立信,不断建立健全纪检监察机构;建章立制,运用法治思维推进制度建设.这些经验凝聚着党和人民丰厚的思想智慧和巨大的心血气力,反映了中国共产党人对权力监督运作规律的科学认识,从中撷取思想精华、获得理论启迪,有利于汲取前行力量,指引中国共产党在全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程上,以伟大自我革命引领伟大社会革命,成功破解大党独有难题,跳出治乱兴衰的"历史周期率".
Abstract
Historical experience is the source of wisdom and the foundation of strength for us to forge ahead.Strengthening power su-pervision has been the important guarantee for the Communist Party of China to remain youthful and advance from victory to victory in a hundred years.In the process of a hundred years of arduous theoretical and practical exploration of power supervision,the Communist Party of China has made remarkable achievements and accumulated rich experience:casting a strong soul,strengthening ideals and be-liefs to supplement the calcium of the spirit;adhering to the principle to solve the problem of supervision of offcials;guiding pluralistic supervision with intra-party supervision;constantly establishing and improving discipline inspection and supervision institutions;estab-lishing rules and regulations,and using the rule of law thinking to promote institutional construction.The experience embodies the rich ideological wisdom and great effort of the Party and the people,and reflects the Chinese Communists'scientific understanding of the laws governing the operation of power.To draw the ideological essence and gain theoretical inspiration from these experiences is condu-cive to drawing strength for going forward,guiding the Communist Party of China to lead the great social revolution with a great self-re-form on the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,solving the unique problems of the big party,and escaping the historical cycle of the rise and fall.
