The marine economy has become a new engine driving global economic growth,leading to more active exploitation of marine energy resources and increasingly fierce competition among governments and industries worldwide.The comprehensive development and utilization of marine energy resources have become a prevailing trend.Research indicates that the complementary development of multi-ple energy sources,mutual promotion and integration of industries,and collaborative technological innovation will foster new patterns,industries,and drivers for the comprehensive development and utilization of marine energy resources,thereby forming a new productive force within the marine economy.To effectively advance the comprehensive development and utilization of marine energy resources,it is crucial to strengthen the top-level design that integrates land and sea aspects of the marine economy industry,promote bidirectional linkage between policies and the market,and shape a conducive development environment.Additionally,precise support for essential elements should be enhanced,pilot demonstrations should be widely conducted,investment and cooperation patterns should be innova-ted,and a new system for equipment and technology should be established.Furthermore,it is essential to enhance public awareness of the marine economy,strengthen cooperation and exchanges,actively participate in international marine governance,and contribute to building a marine community with a shared future.
