疏松砂岩稠油油藏防砂介质的原油-地层砂协同复合堵塞机制与规律

针对稠油出砂井防砂介质堵塞问题,使用稠油与水混合液携带地层砂,开展单向驱替流动、热采交变吞吐流动两种模式下的挡砂堵塞驱替模拟试验,揭示不同条件下割缝、绕丝、复合滤网和砾石层等多类型防砂介质的稠油-地层砂协同堵塞机制与规律,根据堵塞机制和定量关系,构建稠油-地层砂对防砂介质堵塞程度和动态产能预测模型.结果表明:高黏度稠油对防砂层多孔介质具有明显堵塞作用,渗透率损伤可高达 70%;稠油防砂井中,存在稠油和地层砂对防砂介质的协同堵塞机制,稠油以束缚油的形式占据介质空间,加剧内部分选桥架堵塞,最终造成 90%以上渗透率损害,但同时挡砂效果得到提升;热采蒸汽交变吞吐生产方式对稠油-地层砂的协同堵塞具有明显的解除堵塞效应;但随着交替轮次的增加,解堵和渗透率恢复幅度逐渐下降;对于稠油油藏防砂,建议挡砂精度相比常规油藏防砂精度放宽 1~2 个等级.
Mechanisms of crude oil-sand synergistic plugging of sand control media in heavy oil and unconsolidated sand stone reservoirs
Regarding to the problem of sand control media blockage in sand producing wells of heavy oil,water and heavy oil mixed fluids were used to carry formation sands,conducting sand blocking displacement experiments with two modes of one-way displacement flow and thermal production alternating hubble-spit flow.The plugging mechanisms and flow behavior of heavy oil-formation sands were revealed with multiple sand controlling media,including three screens and gravel layers of slits,wire winding,composite screen,and multiple sand retaining media of composite screens under different conditions.A prediction model to evaluate the plugging degree of sand control media by heavy oil-formation sands was proposed.The results show that high viscosity heavy oils have an obvious blocking effect on the porous media of the sand control layer,and the per-meability damage can be up to 70%depending on the viscosity and flow velocity of the heavy oil.In heavy oil sand control wells,there exist complex and synergistic plugging mechanisms of heavy oil and formation sands to the sand control media.Heavy oil can occupy the medium space in the form of binding oil,aggravate the blockage of internal separation bridge,which can cause a permeability damage of more than 90%,meanwhile the sand retaining effect can be improved.In the ther-mal recovery process of steam injection,the alternating huff and puff production mode can have an obvious plugging relief effect on the plugging of heavy oil and formation sands.However,with the increase of injection-production cycles,the capa-bility of plugging removal and permeability recovery can be gradually decreased.The synergistic plugging of heavy oil-forma-tion sands under different production modes is obviously related to the viscosity of heavy oil,oil production rate,flow rate and other factors,which needs to be considered to evaluate the dynamic productivity of heavy oil sand control wells.For the sand control medium precision design of heavy oil reservoirs,it is recommended to relax the sand control precision of conventional oil reservoirs by 1-2 levels.
