摘要

用能评价分析方法对系统节能减排和"双碳"目标实现具有指导作用,实际用能分析除了需要考虑能量分析外,还需要考虑污染物及温室气体排放等影响;基于能量利用和环境效应(污染物和温室气体排放等),构建新的用能评价分析模型,提出温室气体排放过程的虚拟能计算方法;利用所建模型对原油输送场站典型工艺系统进行用能分析,考虑输入及输出过程虚拟能对运行效率的影响.结果表明,考虑环境效应的用能分析,系统及设备(单元)虚拟效率均有所降低.

Abstract

The energy use evaluation analysis method has a guiding role in the system energy saving and emission reduction and the realization of the dual carbon goal.In addition to the energy analysis,the actual energy use analysis needs to consid-er the impact of pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions.A new analytical model was constructed for energy use evaluation based on the energy use and environmental effects(pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions,etc.)and an embodied energy calculation method was proposed for the greenhouse gas emission process.Using the established model,the energy consump-tion of the typical process system of crude oil transportation station was analyzed,and the influence of embodied energy in the input and output processes on the operation efficiency was considered.The results show that the embodied efficiency of the system and equipment(unit)is reduced in the energy consumption analysis considering the environmental effect.
