低渗灰岩油藏气水均衡驱替主控参数合理界限及开发效果评价

为制定中东低渗生屑灰岩油藏注气注水均衡驱替合理开发技术政策,设计开发因素正交试验模拟,运用组分模型数模技术,并通过二元次模型创建开发主控参数正交图版,明确气水协同注入均衡驱替的主控参数界限;在此基础上,构建基于数模预测的开发动态模糊综合评价体系,定量表征油井生产差异性,评价开发效果,指导矿场先导试验区优选.结果表明:注气注水开发主控参数对采出程度的影响由大到小排序为注气速度、注入时机、采油速度、井距、注水速度;实现油气油水前缘均衡驱替的合理采油速度为 2.0%,注气速度为(34~45)×104 m3/d,注水速度为240~320 m3/d,注采井距 700 m,地层压力保持原始地层压力水平 85%;指导优选开发等级区,实施注水注气矿场先导试验,取得较好试验效果.
Reasonable limits of main controlling parameters for balanced displacement by gas-water injection in low permeability limestone reservoirs and their performance evaluation
In order to formulate reasonable technical guidelines for balanced displacement by gas-water injection in low permea-bility bioclastic limestone reservoirs in the Middle East region,an orthogonal simulation testing program of the operation param-eters was designed,and a numerical modeling technique was applied to create a technical chart of the main controlling parame-ters to specify their reasonable limits.A dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system based on the simulation model was constructed to quantitatively characterize the difference of oil well production,evaluate production performance,and provide guidelines for field pilot testing.The results show that the descending sequence of the main control parameters influencing on a ratio of total oil produced to OOIP is as follows:gas injection rate,injection timing,oil production rate,well spacing and water injection rate.The recommended reasonable oil production rate is about 2.0%,with gas injection rate of(34-45)×104 m3/d,water injection rate of 240-320 m3/d,well spacing of 700 m and the injection timing is to maintain current reservoir pres-sure above 85% .of the original formation pressure.The pilot testing of gas-water synergy injection should be carried out as the priority for the development area.A good field performance of the pilot test based on the new guidelines has been obtained.
