Influencing factors of aerosol system preparation by aerosol generator
To overcome the problem of high water content easily causing damage to the formation in the gas channeling control method,the aerosols was used as gas channeling control technology investigate the main influencing factors of gas-liquid mass flow rate ratio,flow rate range and pressure.The structure of the aerosol generator was designed using the Fluent software in ANSYS.The effects of gas-liquid mass flow rate and gas-liquid chamber size on the gas-liquid flow regularity in the aerosol generator were studied,and the relationship between gas-liquid injection parameters and generator outlet pressure was simula-ted and calculated.It is shown that there is an optimal flow rate range for liquids at a given gas inlet mass flow rate.Both the upper and lower limit flow rates of the liquid increase with the increase of Qg,but the upper limit flow rate of the liquid chan-ges more significantly.Compared to foam flooding,WAG and other methods of controlling gas channeling,by varying the cross-sectional area ratio of the gas/liquid chamber in the generator and the gas injection parameters,a wider range of gas-liquid flow rate ratios can be obtained.The upper limit of the gas-liquid ratio can exceed 100 and the outlet pressure of the generator can reach 20 MPa or more,which meets the need for gas injection.
