The expression levels of serum sVEGFR1,YKL-40 and IGF-1 in patients with endometrial cancer and their clinical significance
Objective To investigate the expression levels and clinical significance of serum soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1(sVEGFR1),chitinase protein 40(YKL-40)and insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)in patients with endometrial cancer. Methods 100 patients with endometrial carcinoma in our hospital were selected as the observation group.Another 100 healthy subjects were selected as control group. The expression levels of sVEGFR1,YKL-40 and IGF-1 in the two groups were compared, and the expression levels of different stages in the observation group were analyzed. Results The expression level of sVEGFR1 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the expression levels of YKL-40 and IGF-1 were higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The expression level of sVEGFR1 in stage Ⅰ to Ⅳ of the observation group was significantly decreased, while the expression levels of YKL-40 and IGF-1 were increased, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal expression of sVEGFR1,YKL-40 and IGF-1 was found in patients with endometrial carcinoma, and there were great differences among patients with different stages, which could provide reliable data reference for diagnosis and staging of the disease.
