Objective To investigate the related factors of ectopic pregnancy(EP)in women of appropriate age and analyze the targeted preventive measures.Methods 50 patients with EP(included in the EP group)and 150 pregnant women with normal pregnancy(included in the control group)were included.The basic data of the two groups were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis,and the related factors of EP occurrence were investigated.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that pregnancy frequency,history of pelvic and abdominal surgery,abortion history,history of intrauterine device contraception,history of EP,history of cesarean section,history of oral contraception,history of reproductive system inflammation,and mastery of reproductive knowledge were independent influencing factors for the occurrence of EP(P＜0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of EP in women of appropriate age is often caused by a combination of one or more factors,and more prevention is needed to maintain female reproductive health.
