Analysis of the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided induced abortion in patients with residual uterine cavity
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided induced abortion in patients with residual uterine cavity. Methods 74 patients with uterine cavity residue who underwent induced abortion were selected and divided into control group(36 cases)and study group(38 cases)according to different treatment methods.Preoperative examination and related preparations were the same in both groups. The control group received conventional induced abortion, and the study group received ultrasound guided induced abortion. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group(97.37%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).The operation time, menstrual recovery time and vaginal bleeding stop time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, the blood loss was less than that of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided induced abortion can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with uterine cavity residual, improve clinical efficacy, high safety, and is an effective surgical program.
