The value of TLR4 signaling pathway in predicting polycystic ovary syndrome with unexplained recurrent miscarriage
Objective To application value of analyzing and predicting the Toll like receptor 4(TLR4)signaling pathway in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with unexplained recurrent miscarriage(URSA).Methods 56 patients with PCOS combined with URSA were selected as the observation group;Another 46 normal pregnant women with PCOS who underwent prenatal examinations in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Analyze the multiple factors of PCOS merging with URSA;Observing the rise of NF kB,TLR4,and combined prediction of PCOS combined with URSA.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that an increase in NF kB,TLR4,insulin resistance, smoking, alcohol consumption, and body mass index(BMI)were the influencing factors for PCOS combined with URSA(OR=3.445,2.956,2.514,1.786,1.685,2.135,P<0.05).TLR4 and NF kB have predictive value in predicting the merger of PCOS and URSA,and the combined use of these two indicators has better predictive performance than using them alone. Conclusion The TLR4 signaling pathway has certain application value in predicting PCOS combined with URSA.
