Application of PONV risk factor assessment Scale in prevention of nausea and vomiting after gynecological laparoscopic surgery
Objective To explore the application value of postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV)risk factor assessment scale in the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting after gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods 84 gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(44 cases)according to single blind method. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with PONV risk factor assessment scale based on the control group. The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting and clinical treatment indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of mild, moderate and severe nausea and vomiting in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the proportion of no nausea and vomiting was 95.45%higher than that in control group(60.00%)(P<0.05).The first postoperative exhaust time, the time of getting out of bed,the time of incision healing and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of PONV risk factor assessment scale in the prevention of nausea and vomiting after gynecological laparoscopic surgery is high, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
