Comparison of the effect of transumbilical single-hole laparoscopy and traditional laparoscopy in the treatment of gynecological benign diseases
Objective To analyze the methods and effects of transumbilical single-hole laparoscopy and traditional laparoscopy in the treatment of gynecological benign diseases.Methods 60 patients with benign gynecological diseases were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing method,with 30 cases in each group.Traditional laparoscopic treatment and transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic treatment were performed respectively,and the surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower postoperative pain score,shorter postoperative hospital stay and less surgical treatment cost(P<0.05).Treatment satisfaction in observation group was 96.67%higher than 76.67%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic treatment of gynecological benign diseases is more accurate,can improve the quality of surgery and treatment satisfaction of patients,worthy of clinical promotion.
