Effect of COOK balloon combined with oxytocin on cervical maturation of primipara
Objective To explore the effect of COOK balloon combined with oxytocin induction on the outcome of primipara.Methods 80 primipara were selected and divided into two groups according to random drawing method,with 40 in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was combined with COOK balloon on the basis of control group.Methods of delivery,cervical maturity,labor progression and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The vaginal delivery rate of observation group was 85.00％,which was higher than that of control group(62.50％)(P＜0.05).The Bishop score of the observation group(7.46±0.76)points was higher than that of the control group(5.82±0.72)points(P＜0.05).The labor time and the first and second stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(10.00％VS 30.00％,P＜0.05).Conclusion COOK balloon combined with oxytocin induction can improve vaginal delivery rate and cervical maturity,promote labor and reduce the risk of complications.
