Comparison of therapeutic effects between laparoscopic myomectomy and open myomectomy
Objective To analyzing the impact of different surgical treatment plans on the prognosis of patients with uterine fibroids. Methods 30 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and randomly divided into a control group(15 cases, treated with open uterine fibroid removal surgery)and a study group(15 cases, treated with laparoscopic uterine fibroid removal surgery)using a random number table method.Compare the surgical indicators, prognosis recovery, incidence of complications, ovarian function indicators before and after surgery, and levels of inflammatory factors between two groups of patients. Results The surgical time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, and the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function, postoperative time to get out of bed,and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than the control group's 40.00%(P<0.05).The postoperative ovarian function indicators and inflammatory factor levels in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy for the treatment of uterine fibroid patients can help accelerate the patient's nroenosis recovery, improve clinical efficacy, and also enhance safety, which has clinical application value.
