The effect of space management in hysteroscopic surgery
Objective To explore the effect of spatial management model in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery. Methods 226 patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 113 patients in each group, using a random number table. The control group was given the conventional operation coordination management method, and the study group was given the space management operation coordination method.Operation satisfaction, preoperative preparation time and space management ability were compared between the two groups. Results Comparison of surgical satisfaction among patients in the study group(97.35%)was higher than that in the control group(91.15%)(P<0.05).The preoperative preparation time of patients in the study group was(24.66±3.06)min,and the spatial management score was(95.10±3.28)points,while that of patients in the control group was(30.58±2.96)min,and the spatial management score was(87.56±4.01)points.Comparison of preoperative preparation time between groups:The study group had shorter preparation time than the control group, and the spatial management score of the study group was higher than that of the control group. The difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of spatial management for patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery can significantly improve surgical satisfaction and spatial management ability, shorten the preoperative preparation time, and play a positive role in promoting the smooth implementation of surgery and promoting the recovery of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
