Effect of HPV vaccination on prevention in high-risk women
Objective To explore the preventive effects of human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccination in high-risk women. Methods 300 women with high risk of HPV infection were selected and divided into two groups according to HPV vaccination, with 150 cases in each group. The control group was not vaccinated with HPV vaccine, and the observation group was vaccinated with HPV vaccine. The scores of relevant indicators and infection were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the cognitive score of HPV vaccination importance(78.85±3.18)points,the cognitive score of HPV vaccine preventive effect(77.42±1.72)points,the cognitive score of HPV vaccination compliance(77.26±2.18)points,and the cognitive score of HPV vaccination adverse reactions(78.32±2.34)points were scored. In the control group, the cognitive scores of HPV vaccination importance(62.16±3.26)points,HPV vaccine preventive effect(63.22±1.65)points,HPV vaccination compliance(62.70±2.16)points and HPV vaccination adverse reaction(64.31±2.35)points were scored. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological state, psychological state, social function and emotional function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The infection rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(3.33%VS 12.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HPV vaccination in high-risk women can effectively reduce the infection rate of HPV,improve the quality of life, strengthen the awareness of relevant knowledge, and have good prevention effect, which has high clinical promotion value.
