Experience and application of blood collapse from plugging flow,clearlying sources and restoring origins fu qing-zhu gynecology
Fu Shan's theory of treating gynecological diseases is concentrated in the book"Fu Qing-zhu Gynecology",which is dialectical and reasonable,concise in reasoning,insightful in prescriptions,and widely used in clinical practice.This article focuses on the modern research progress of blood avalanche syndrome in"Fu Qing-zhu Gynecology",inheriting and explaining the classic theories of traditional Chinese medicine from the characteristics of the retrogradation treatment of blood avalanche with plugging flow and clearlying sources.When referring to the Fu Shan concept in the clinical application of modern Chinese medicine gynecology for diagnosis and treatment,it is necessary to combine modern Western medicine examination and gynecological examination to exclude cervical diseases,endometrial diseases,pregnancy,etc.For patients with acute massive bleeding,if necessary,anti shock treatment such as blood transfusion and fluid replacement can be given.If perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding is considered,it is recommended to undergo diagnostic curettage.After the pathological examination of the endometrium is ruled out,traditional Chinese medicine treatment should be performed.
