Observation on clinical effect of Shengxuekang mixture blood supplement tablets in treatment of Iron Deficiency Anemia during pregnancy
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengxuekang mixture blood supplement tablets(Hongtao K)in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia(IDA)during pregnancy.Methods 156 pregnant women diagnosed with IDA during pregnancy were selected and treated with Shengxuecang Mixture blood supplement tablets for at least 4 weeks.They were divided into mild anemia group and moderate anemia group according to the degree of anemia.Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of two groups of pregnant women after medication.Results Among 156 pregnant women,92 cases were mild anemia,accounting for 58.97％;64 cases were moderate anemia,accounting for 41.03％.Compared with before treatment,the indexes of hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell count(RBC),erythrocyte specific volume(HCT),mean erythrocyte hemoglobin(MCH),mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),mean erythrocyte volume(MCV)and ferritin(SF)in the mild anemia group were significantly increased after treatment(P＜0.05).Erythrocyte distribution width(RDW-cv)index was significantly decreased(P＜0.05).Compared with before treatment,Hb,RBC,HCT,MCH,MCHC,MCV and SF were significantly increased in the moderate anemia group after treatment(P＜0.05),and RDW-cv index was significantly decreased(P＜0.05).The cure rate of IDA in the treatment of Shengxuekang Mixture was 70.51％.Conclusion Shengxuekang mixture blood supplement tablet has clear efficacy,good safety and compliance in treating IDA during pregnancy,and no obvious adverse reactions.
