Analysis on the effect of rectal drip of traditional Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on thin endometrium infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type
Objective To evaluate the effect of rectal drip of traditional Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on thin endometrial infertility with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods 232 patients with thin endometrial infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were divided into treatment group and control group according to two-color sphere method,with 116 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with rectal drops of traditional Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture.Endometrial thickness,uterine artery index and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness in the treatment group(9.53±1.71)mm was significantly thicker than that in the control group(7.92±1.64)mm(P＜0.05).The uterine artery pulse index and uterine artery resistance index in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Rectal drops of traditional Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion can improve uterine artery index and endometrial thickness of patients with thin endometrial infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,alleviate clinical symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
