Comparison of anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine with different administration modes in laparoscopic hysteromyoma
Objective To observe the anesthetic effect of different administration methods of dexmedetomidine in laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery and explore the appropriate administration methods. Methods 286 patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into study group(single number)and reference group(double number)according to the admission date, with 143 cases in each group. Both groups received general anesthesia, and the reference group was injected with 0.3 μg/(kg·h)dexmedetomidine intravenously until 20 minutes before the operation. The study group received a single intravenous injection of 0.6 μg/kg dexmedetomidine, which was completed slowly within 15 minutes. The anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The operation time and anesthesia recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)levels of 5 min(T1)and 30 min(T,)after pneumoperitoneum establishment in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.69%lower than that in the reference group(18.18%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Single injection of dexmedetomidine can stabilize hemodynamics, shorten the time of operation, recovery, extubation and recovery, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic surgery, which is worthy of clinical application.
