Clinical efficacy evaluation of medroxyprogesterone acetate combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of medroxyprogesterone acetate combined with estradiol valerate on patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 58 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets, and the study group was treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets combined with estradiol valerate tablets. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.10%(27/29),and that of the control group was 72.41%(21/29).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to control bleeding and complete hemostasis in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 13.79%in the study group and 37.93%in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medroxyprogesterone acetate combined with estradiol valerate is effective in the treatment of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding, shortening the time to control bleeding and complete hemostasis, and is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
